Adult Mental Health First Aid

Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) is an 8-hour, in-person certification course for adults who regularly interact with young people.  It teaches them how to help adolescents (age 12-18) who may be developing a mental health condition or experiencing a mental health crisis.

Trillium Health Resources will be offering Youth Mental Health First Aid training at the following sites.  
Sign up early -- space is limited.  

Specific topics covered include:
 •  Depression,  Anxiety,  Substance Use,  Eating Disorders, Psychosis, Disruptive Behavior Disorders
Cost:
FREE


Sign up process:  

Registration will be from 8:30 am to 9:00 am. Please make sure to arrive before 9:00 am.
